This stems from the "shiny username" cosmetic for posting 25 posts you get the "on fire" award when you post 50/75 or 100 posts on a time limit (Maybe a week) then you'll be awarded the "on fire" cosmetic. What does it do? well it gives you either a flaming emote behind your profile picture or maybe your name just to stand out. 
( I don't know if this suggestion has been taken into consideration or it has been recommended and denied beforehand so i decided to post this

From your post it sounds like you want a higher tier than Blazing with a different effect?

I guess so i mean it's just a random idea that popped out of my mind after surfing this forum for an hour or so.
