I hate how emotion can devour me.

Everytime I sit alone in a room, it's like darkness consumes me. I can't help but just cry all my problems away and I'm hella tired of being so f**king emotional and crying at night all the time. I hate how vulnerable I am in every aspect of emotions.

Get help? Like professional. Or talk about with people there actually can be there for you.

I know it’s in a way nicer to seek help online, but it rarely help.

Play some games if u r alone! There are some pretty decent multi-player games even on mobile now... 8 ball pool ftw

Typically talking to people helps me when I am feeling emotional but it depends from person to person.
