    I like the sound of the fan going. It helps me fall asleep. Also my soft blanket helps with sleep.

    I watch TV in my room then when my eyes start to tire, I roll over to the other side and fall asleep. Works every time.

    I just drink a glass of milk before bed. :/ dunno if it helps me sleep though.
