to get the best sleep i just do things to drain my energy (play video games, workout, swim, walk, dance, stay up late) and then i eventually drain my energy and fall asleep

I usually play games on my phone or when I watch shit on Netflix or Disney+(I wouldn't recommend it tho).

Other than it's good to get a certain sleep schedule going for yourself it may get reckless at first but you have to keep consistent with it otherwise you will end up like me rn
