The most time I've spent playing a game is 300+ hours (less than 400), the game is called PlanetSide 2.
Very good and fun game.
(Edit): I must of played more time playing other shooters e.g. CoD but I don't know how many hours, Steam records how many hours you play so that's just my general knowledge of time played in Planetside
