For most of you it's exam season. Some of you are continuing in school, some are leaving and moving onto better things. Here's a thought for you. Have you started in your career path? If not, what do you need to do to get there? If so, how are you planning to further your career?

For me, I used to do a lot of sports. Just so happens I weren't good enough so now I teach it instead. I've just got a promotion so I'm one step closer to reaching my goal, but the next thing I must do to advance is go back into education for a year so I can begin to teach 11-16 year olds
