You can easily reframe fear as excitement and your mind won't be able to tell the difference. It'll create new neural pathways as well.
E.g.: I am excited to... VS I'm fearful of... It's the same sensation, but of a different emotion scale.
Whenever you say I am... something, your subconscious mind, the one which holds your beliefs on which your life/reality is operating on, takes it as a command and will direct you towards it, whether you're aware of it or not. The more you repeat it the more ingrained it will become! :)
