okay lately fraps is taking a dump I dont know why it used to run swo smooth then it lags every 3 sec i have a good graphics card to so if u have any ideas to help me would be great

i have nividia gForce 9800 its a pwn graphics card i love it just i get 15o fps when im not recording but when i am i get 60 some times it goes down to 30 then it starts to get a little laggy its pissing me off i wish they updated fraps and shit alraedy to add more features to prevent lag

fraps is perfectly fine, its your computer not the software. It records uncompressed avi

If you have more then one hard drive, make fraps save to the hard drive thats not running the os
