Halo on the other hand, I wouldnt mind playing it, just need a few members in there and we're good to go on PvP.

Should have  admins to watch it  so Players won’t grieve

Depending on the activity, we may need to adapt certain staff member’s roles if they’re familiar with the hosted games. If not, I can only assume we’ll bring in one or two more people to help moderate the games.

No need to make so complicated, before even letting anyone into the game, just make sure y'all have a plan on how should we have the game to be? Will there be game modes like Hunger Games, Coop Survival, or creative mode about "build your dream" kinda thing. If players joined the game, will there be a dedicated lobby to welcome the members? Will they be able to switch to other maps/game modes etc etc you get it

As for having Admins to be in the game, worry not. It is advisable to pick some loyal members to moderate the server if possible, ofc staff can do it but if yall wanna reduce the amount of workload on them, members can be selected to moderate, maybe those active members in chat (Discord). 

24 hrs server seems like a really good idea, just that those who moderate the server needs to be there from time to time (recommended to pick out those who are from different timezone to have efficient moderating)
