but how long, 2 years...6 years..
I am one of the best players at playing halo CE in this clan, i am active in forums and teamspeak (im even there for hours even though no-one else is) i play halo a lot when i can to increase SmG's halo hours.. and man this ranking system is hard.. :(

man stop asking, u will never get promoted if u ask everytime. i never ask for a promotion, i just do my job n suddenly they said, hey u want to be recruiter? hey u want to b recruiting director? just be patient :up:

Look I was just like you when I wanted to be promoted. Trust me, Dont ask, it doesnt help your case.
Patience is the key. When it is time then thats your chance.
Its all about being in a great community with great people. :)

having a rank isnt what this is all about. this is about, being around wonderful people and an even wonderful community/clan that is SmG.
if they offer you, that means that they trust you with it and knows that you're a responsible person.

i dont either but thats because ever since my rig f-ed up, ive only been able to play during my lunch at school between 1030 hrs and 1130 hrs central time in M2.....so im guessing u get promoted by doing things that are needed when admins ask u.....dont worry....ur time will come.....one day [perc]

The more u ask for a promotion, the less likely u are to be promoted at all. I learned that lesson from my ROTC class (that's y my former tag was ssgfranco....staff sergeant). If u do work, stay modest, and not be an ass, the admin will trust u to do things, then u may get promoted! This display of impatience most likely set u back on the list of possible promotions in the admin's heads.
