I was thinking about getting a new phone, because the phone I have now is really outdated, but I don't know whether to get an Apple phone, or an Android phone. Can you guys help me out by telling me which type of phone is better? Thanks a lot!

ik apple is secure and all. But unless you are willing to spent money on every single commodity that other android apps offer for free go for android. I'd personally recommend android. Because after the warranty has run its course you can download an AOSP and modify it for yourself and install it on android. Android is actually loads better than iOS. But make sure it has high specs and buy devices like OnePlus rather than Nokia and other devices. When you buy one make sure it lasts longer and wouldnt hang at any point.
