I’m curious as to what time you wake up for normally on a weekday. For me it varies, sometimes I wake up at 6am and sometimes I only have to wake up before 1pm due to having to do different jobs.

I wake up at normally at 7 am but today i was late for school because i was awake till 5 am, woke up 8:30 am, and was too late, i managed to get to school but i got a warning

Worked Afternoon shift for years and since retirement still can't get out of the habit of staying up to 2am and waking up whenever after 9am

To workout in the gym and then work 0700   

I honestly dont know I been able to keep this up now for 8 months
