Most likely Godspeed Killua, not only, which is in his name, runs at godspeed. He can also electrocute his opponent on contact, paralyze enemies or even burn off parts of their body by generating an electric current between his hands.

Frankly, He's stronger than Saitama from one punch man. But, he has multiple weaknesses making him vulnerable to everyone around him
