Honestly either I just like to talk or be with someone for a while or just play a nice chill game like Animal Crossing. Those 2 things are kinda polar opposites, one being extrovert and the other introvert respectively but they can help regardless

I lock myself in a room, get a pillow and scream into it. You may find that weird but it helps me to get it all out. And when I get out of the room I feel loads better.

depends what the grief is caused by. for me - distracting myself like going out with people or talking to people / playing video games / binge watching netflix rlly helps tbh

I just try to watch some videos, talk to people I feel like I should talk about things with and prob keep my mind off it but at least think about the good times

I used to bottle those feelings. It seemed so much easier because I didn't think anyone would understand or even ridicule me (even though I knew they wouldn't); anxiety sucks. During those time, I used to listen to music that had the same energy and it only fueled the despression and even allowed my mind to plant scenarios that weren't emotionally healthy.

It took me years to understand that there were only two options in life; none of which lead to "worry about it."

Can you do anything about it? 

1. No? Why worry, its out of your control, move on.
   
2. Yes? Why worry about it; do something about it. You make a plan for the day/week and execute; set some goals.
   

It is easier said than done, but then again, what in this world is ever easy that is worth doing?

It came down to emotional maturity for me. Over time I was able to talk with friends that would listen and share. That was the biggest thing, honestly; finding someone to comfortably reciprocate with. Find that confidence in yourself; emotionally and physically.

Nowadays, I'll be honest, I do go through some slumps, but I tell my brain to stfu and dump that shit. I either work on a hobby or listen to some upbeat music to get that heart beating some positivity. Mostly it's video games and cooking; both are so therapeutic.
