Contact your isp, or download something that shows you connections coming into your computer, grab their ip.

Malware doesn't DDoS you, only makes you part of that Botnet.
Evan, download Wireshark, then look at all the incoming packets, it will tell you whom is doing it, well which ip(s), then you tell your ISP, or use PeerBlock to block any and all of those IP(s).
Or, maybe it could just be a hiccup in the system, and be something trivial that will fix itself.

its not DDoS it would be DoS because it would be weird if someone hated you so much to organize a group attack on you. most switches and routers block the shit when it detects something spamming you with bytes
