So this is about a different discord server that I'm a mod on. More or less, what happened was that a lot of people were causing trouble over a role not being made, so I discussed it with one of other the mods on the server and we decided to make it. The owner flipped out later about it because she didn't want the role made. We tried to explain that it was just a lot of unnecessary drama, but now the owner is punishing me and my mod buddies (even the ones that werent involved) for doing it. What should I do? If you have any ideas at all, please reply and let me know.

I have seen this situation a few times in the past, both as a Mod and as an Admin on a few different servers and groups.
Any changes made should be approved by those in charge as a group and not done ad hoc by one or two individuals.
There must be an agreement by all or at the very least consultation otherwise things can get very ugly very quickly.
As Mods you probably should not have made the change yourself but discussed it first.
Have a group discussion with the owner and the other Mods to iron out the reasons why it happened and how to move on in the future.
The owner may have very good reasons for not creating the role that you don't know of.
Don't piss off old people.
The older we get the less "life in prison" is a deterrent.
