Immune system boost to counter COVID-19

Sup y'all, just dropping this thread here to let most of you know what to do to help defend yourself whilst this outbreak of a virus goes loose. So the only cure we have is our immune system right? And we all know that it can be strengthened. I will go through the most important ways of giving your immune system an upgrade.

1. Get a BUNCH of of Vitamin C. You all probably know that this vitamin is in charge of supporting immune systems by increasing the production rate of your white blood cells, which are the keys to break down infections. They are very common in citrus fruits, such as oranges, grapefruits, tangerines, lemons and limes. Try eat one of those every day you won't regret it.

2. Broccoli is one of the most healthiest vegetable in the entire food base. This is because it supplies you with all the necessary nutrition such as Vitamins A and C, as well as antioxidants and fiber. The key to getting the most out of it is to cook it as little as possible to get the most out of its nutrition.

3. Ginger is known for decreasing inflammation which helps with sore throats, reducing nausea, and softening any other chronic pain. Now you can't just eat it raw because, who the hell does that. The best way of ingesting it is by making tea out of it. Now my dumbass self has never done it but you guys have the Internet for that, so thank technology.

There are plenty of ways to keep you safe from the nuisance virus and all it takes is show some action. Anyways stay safe fellas and wash your god forsaken hands.
