I do C myself too, learning maybe easy but implementation is difficult. If you're writing a major software with it, the lines of code compared to C#
(to achieve the same thing) maybe like 4 to 5, I'd even say 10 times more! 0.0

I recommend you to go with C first, as it is structured where as C++ is object oriented.
