That's a good question but also a tough one. I would have to say it was when I started really getting into games, so my first big games like Minecraft, and Skyrim. Nowadays though I always approach the game hoping to enjoy it or to find something to enjoy. I could also argue that I didn't expect to enjoy them cause I didn't know what to expect at all.
