is it effective to throw orb somewhere then ult inside of it?

nah it's so predictable dont do that , if you know where the enemy is throw orb on him block his sight so he can't see where you're gonna teleport and never teleport next to them they can hear it

Ummmm I wouldnt recommend it since its far too predictable AND they can hear u teleport but u wont be able to see them. I'd suggest to block a peeking spot and then teleport at a safe distance.

That's a good tactic sometimes specially when you blind them first, I mean when they get blinded the also can't hear you
