Workout: Full body workouts usually, 6-7 days a week

height: 5”9, lb, 130, normally do around 50 push-ups and 100 crunches and around a 2 mile bike ride every other day aswell as working. normally i ride tho everyday

6'5 220, i get most my cardio from my job, but i do some weight lifting at my house every other day
