Mostly entertainment. Some people play games to escape reality for a bit or relieve stress and anxiety. It's pretty healthy if you enjoy it, but definitely unhealthy if you do it almost 24/7.

Depending how you condition your body and train your body, gaming can not affect you whatsoever, this obviously only applies to people committing their lives to gaming though. And yeah honestly I'd make a career out of gaming if I could!

As I said with certain conditioning gaming fulltime is no problem, if you're an extremely unorganized person as well as forgetful than it's not really a good mix

Tbh, gaming is my hobby, and my life. I love to spend time with friends strengthening our relationships while also getting to enjoy some free time. I am a casual gamer, but sometimes take it seriously and love finding new fun games to play with friends.

Tbh, gaming is my hobby, and my life. I love to spend time with friends strengthening our relationships while also getting to enjoy some free time. I am a casual gamer, but sometimes take it seriously and love finding new fun games to play with friends.
