I kid you not, this is the reason im not on discord anymore: I was sitting on the floor of my bathroom getting some cleaning supplies when my dad was like, "Give me your phone." He gets my phone, opens up discord and asks me, "Why do you spend time in this SmG Gaming?" And i was like, "It's like a job." and he was like how?

Now at this point i could them the truth: SmG Scout, Sig maker, MotM but he wouldn't believe it, so i made it sound like it was some actual job: I told him i was a talent scout for a major gaming community with over 40 professional gamer referrals along with being a graphic designer with loads of art made for the community and i'm the member of the month, a honor given by my peers. 

He laughed and said, "You? HAHAHA."

Now im in trouble, see ya all later on discord

If your dad/parents asks again I suggest to tell them about how you want to be a part of this community and you want to see it grow. This usually works in most instances bc it shows parents that their kids are becoming a part of something, a community. It doesn't always work so goodluck
