JoJo is definitely worth the watch even if it's just to be amazed by the cool art style and the way they play with colors! That's one of the coolest parts IMO. Also of course it's always fun to be able to understand the memes

Weebs gonna be like "Kawaii desu this ain't the moe art style I'm used to this is dogshit" 

The art style is totally part of the appeal of Jojo for me as well
