this is wierd to ask but how do l make so windows firewall stop blocking my gfwl ( games for windows live) becuse when l trying to unblock the program it will not turn on??? is off but still l cant get it working and it is still blocked!!!

l use norton so if anyone know if its blocked there then l need some help to get it unblocked plz.

If you have Norton I believe it has it's own firewall built in. Do you have both that one and the resident Windows firewall turned on? If so i would disable the resident firewall and just use the one provided with Norton. You can go into the one in Norton and set permissions to allow or deny pretty much any program on your hard drive. Otherwise I'm sure one of the SmG leaders have an alternative and probably even proven work around for this issue.

my resident firewall is always off becuse l cant get it on and l tryed add gfwl to norton to not block it but its still the samme :(

Windows Firewall is a wet paper bag.
It's Norton, just disable Norton when you're playing any game.

how do l turn norton off? l can only close firewall and anti virus and it still dont work

Enable UPnP on your router.
Just completely disable Norton.

remove norton it fks with your system when gaming just trust your windows firewall and yes i learnt this from pirate

97% of all firewalls are useless, software firewalls are complete BS, just trust your router/modem to block what needs to be blocked.
If you still don't trust that, then don't go on the internet; security is only an illusion.
