try closing your eyes ,jokes aside.....lay down in your bed and just think about nothing,you'll eventually fall asleep or tired,well that's for me

This is funny, because literally last night i was up til like 6:30 AM lol. Couldn’t fall asleep at all, but then the tiredness just randomly hit me, and I just knocked out like that. I’m not sure how this will help you and i’m sorry, just wanted to tell a lil story.
