Its not about taste, that song in general is pretty bad

"I dont wanna admit to something, if all it's gonna cause is pain, truth and my lies are now falling like the rain, so let the river run" This particular part is something that I can relate to because of some personal experiences. And this makes me love songs like these. They're more of a confession. Which is why I said taste matters.

I do like rap more than pop but I do think pop is the better genre only cause it can be soooo diverse and I do listen to both often so I wouldn't think too much of this one. Twenty One Pilots proved me wrong that pop and rap can be a terrific combo tho lmao
