Anyone recommend a good CPU Cooler for LGA 1155?

I am building my new computer, already know I'm putting in a i5 2500k and I need a cooler that is not the stock fan it comes with. I've been looking at something like these:
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065">http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6835103065</a><!-- m -->

however, in the reviews section I always see people complaining about either its size, or lack of instructions it comes with (and a video can solve this) or the fact its difficult to install. Anyone recommend a CPU cooler for 1155? My price ranges from 20-40$

I would recommend the Hyper 212, over the other, but if you are going with the 2500k over just the 2500 you should get a better cooler (Water Cool) then overclock a bit. :)
