What defines a meal?... Is it the time of day? Or the category of the dishes?...How we prepare the food?...Who really knows? I could eat pizza in the morning and omelets in the evening, the only true judge of whether or not that's a viable option for most days is my body. I say to hell with following rubbish meal schedules, just eat whatever you want! Sure you can do it in a healthy manner, but if you live like every day could be your last then it's open range! Also, I wanna point out that even if it's nighttime for you, it's morning for someone else. If you wanna eat cereal instead of tacos, raise that spoon for the people on the other side of the world!
