I have checked the logs and someone that has the same cd key as you was banned for teamkilling.
You will eventually be able to play again.
You will keep getting banned until you reload your game with a less common cd key.
We won't unban players if the cd key is a common one.

If you have a cracked CD key then we can't help you. Unless you haz monie! Then we take bribs >:) Jk. But in all seriousness go buy the game. It's cheap and you won't have to suffer with getting banned
