Maybe like 2, I can do whatever I want in theory but they don't approve of everything. They'll end up arguing me about some stuff but in the end I'm usually able to go with my side of the arguement. They care about my safety more than their rules you might say

you won't understand. My parents don't want I have a phone or a pc or any console in the world. I have to buy things with my money, but they get angry in these cases too. Never had a console or a game. PandaCry
