think of it like this servers are played online wich is based off upload/dowlod speed and ping so if your ping is 171 50 miles from you my ping from FL would be like 600+ wich wont even show up for me on the browser list as for speed my dl is 100-150mbs upload 15-25mbs and my ping is 15-20ms
