It's a hard choice honestly, but I'd go with second because the first one is too bright for a Halloween banner.

What Altair said. B gives off a scary vibe with how unsaturated it looks, and for Halloween that's perfect. A feels too bright and colourful for a spooky event.

Each wallpaper have their own spectacular theme. So I kinda hard to choose.
