Tell me about your sleep schedule
My sleep schedule is jank af, I usually cant fall asleep until 6 or 7 in the morning than I dont wake up until around 2 in the afternoon, ive been sleeping this way for years so my body naturally gets tired around 6 or 7 and I cant fall asleep any earlier no matter how hard I try. Im starting college in a few days and now I have to train myself to get tired and fall asleep at night, ive been nocturnal for years so its a lot harder than you would think.
Tell me about your fucked up sleep schedule...

sleep at 10pm
wake up at 7:30 on school days
sleep at 11pm
wake yp at 8 on normal days

Ai my sleep schedule used to be well organized cuz of face to face classes. but ever since online classes started i don't even have a "bedtime'' anymore. It actually depends most of the time, I sleep at around 2 or 3am during weekends & 12 or 1am during other days since I have school etc. if im hella tired i go to sleep around 10 or 11pm, otherwise its just a fucked up schedule like usual. healthy af innit

Well Sun-Thu aroun 9 or 10 pm and Friday and Saturday around 1 to 3 but sometimes i dont sleep no more and prepare for school the whole night but in the end I just fall asleep in class
