To answer the question though, gaming gives me peace. Not exactly peace, because if anything it enhances my anxiety. But I do feel disconnected from the real world when I game and that's good enough for me.

Yeah fr, the thing i love most about gaming is that i could leave behind all my problems and just pretend to be a different person in a pretend world, i used to get so immersed that i wouldnt think about anything else other than whats going on in the game and that was always a really nice feeling.
