Gamer are partly stress free ig.. but gaming toomuch can also be stressfull, try being optimistic by going out too once in a while, doesnt matter if its a small walk or a sit on park, nature is always fun 

Honestly, gaming is stressful to me sometimes, especially when you do high risk games, like dbd and phasmo sometimes.  But I like remembering that in real life that it isn't that stressful.  So sometimes a game will help life feel less stressful in a way.
