A guy was attacked and the attacker ripped both of his eyes out. The video is the aftermath of him sitting in the ground with blood leaking from his closed eyes and his friend is talking to him while, I assume, they're waiting for an ambulance. I guess it was just kind of unfortunate because when you think of fights and stuff, most people either consider death, or non-permanent injuries. It was so real to see this man's life change permanently so quickly.

Pretty sick things, but i think of the craziest media ive truly consumed was an ISIS beheading video or probably a video i found of a dude who got hit by an explosion scooping out shrapnel out of his exposed brain with his arm that had a compound fracture

I also ran the gauntlet.   I'm a big animal lover and the most disturbing video was seeing that people would skin wolves alive for their fur coats.  It was very sad to watch.
