i can't access the server. before i downloaded a new update form xfire. maybe that's what happened

what game do you mean halo CE or h2v maybe the player tool list thing dosent have your name. tell nukem to chect the tool list

omg, ive access the server a million of times before this happened. and yes it is HCE because i posted it in this section.

xfire will not stop you playing a game. :lol:
The problem is probably between the keyboard and chair. *wink* ...

Make sure to check your ports, make sure they're opened, and the game(s) are getting through it, if they are not, then that will be the problem.
If you have Windows Firewall, just type 'Firewall' into the search, if you have 7 or Sh!tsta, and you should see 'Windows Firewall with Advanced Security', click it, and make an inbound AND outbound rule for each game or program you wish to let through.
If you have a third party firewall e.g; AVG, Norton etc, google 'How to allow programs through **NAME** firewall', and you will get your answer(s).

If it's your routers firewall, and you don't know how to open ports, 'How to open port on **ROUTER BRAND AND MODEL**' - I have a Billion 5200G - So I search, 'How to open ports on Billion 5200G'.

Hopefully that fixes your problem, if not, try turning 'it' off and back on, 'it' being your PC, Modem, Router, which ever you chose... Restarting things fixes problems most of the time.
