My xfire username is sidzlifez, and i have halo custom edition v1.00 and my halo ce profile name is sidz, i live in India. I just love 2 play in ur server n m neither multiclan nor any hacker or aimbot! But i'm always kicked out from ur server like smg m1, smg m2, so can u help me out!

1. I was using sidz as a profile name while i was banned.
2. The other name is sidzlifez. Recently.
3. sidzlifez(xfire username).
4. 26th-01-012 at 10:15pm i think.
5. I have halo Custom Editon Downloaded From Torrent.
6. The reason for my banning was high ping.... back then it was network problem..... Now its ok.....
7. Why i should not be ban is simple.... i'm just an average player who loves to enjoy the game and m not a hacker or aimbots or any other illegal characters......

If your ping on our servers is over 500 for more than 20 seconds you will be ping kicked. This does not prevent you from rejoining the servers.
If your downloaded cd key is the same as someone who has been banned then you will not be able to be unbanned.
I will need your details so use direct ip access to go to our members only server.

You won't be able to join the server as it is password protected but from this I will be able to get your details and do a search for the reason you are banned.

Okay I have looked at the logs and found no reason for your being unable to join our servers.
What gametag were you using at the time? Which servers are you banned from? All or just some?
When was the last time you were able to join our servers?

Halo custom edition remake 3! An my name was sidz, i was banned from SMG M1, wel i can join in day, but at evening time when i join d server just after 4-5 minutes i get kicked out!
If you are banned you can't join the server at all. If you are getting ping kicked then the message will say that you were kicked. If it is saying you were kicked then it is the ping kick. You need to get better internet to improve your ping. There is nothing that we can do for you.
Otherwise try to play when there is less players online as that will improve your ping a bit.
