Hi! I recently got my laptop back from repairs and I seem to no longer be able to enter any of your servers which just so happen to be my favorite. It always gets stuck at Negotiating connection to server. I used to be able to go in but now can't. Is there a reason why this is happening and can I fix it? The ping doesnt show up but I was able to get in before my laptop broke.

Is it just our servers or do you have trouble on other clan's servers as well?
Our servers switch version every 20 seconds so make sure you are trying to join one that has just appeared.
I hit refresh until a new one appears then I wait until the stop button reads refresh instead, that is the time to join. If you have a favorite server that you like to join then once you are in there press F1 and write down the ip address. When you want to play that one use direct ip to enter it, this way it doesn't matter which version it is currently switched to, you will be able to enter unless the server is full.
If you are still having problems after checking your ports and firewall are set for forwarding and trying the above then let me know.

When I first got the game, I could access any game that had a ping or no ping next to the server. I can't seem to do that anymore. I can't access the server if it doesn't have the ping next to it. It includes other servers that don't have ping.

EDIT: Did what you said, checked the firewall, checked the ports, and tried direct IP, didnt work.

Are you banned? Sounds like you may be using a serial code that is banned...happened to me.

Same thing happened to me, I just re-installed it. :up:

Same thing happens to me. I can connect to the SmG servers sometimes, but other time it just doesn't work, and I have no reason. My ports are open.

If your referring to a CD key, I bought it myself from halorank and never gave it to anybody else. I never put it on a site, nor did I do anything else with it other than use it to play halo.
