It's a normal part of the game and a legit tactic. We have had this discussion before. Some like it and some don't. If you are in a game where they are doing this then you can move the tank yourself if you want to but we are not going to stop players from doing this.
If they block the base with vehicles which prevent access to the flag then we will act but as long as there is access both in and out, there will be no action.

i do that in reach... but in reach if you use a vehicle then they end up getting splattered as they teleport... even better if you stay in the vehicle

lol some of my online buddy's block both portals. the blue raged like sh*t lol. say its against the rule and said blocking base with tanks is one of the rules. no rule saying blocking portals. Its a tactic.

that is playing. blocking portals help push back your enemy's. also it keeps them from flanking you.

Well, this is slightly gettin out of hand
Blocking the teleport is a good tactic to keep all your enemies in one general direction, so you can kill more of them much easier.
Its not something that deserves a kick or anything, its not a glitch or a hack...
