you're lucky... my school technician (who is extremely pro and could hack nearly anyone's computer) has restricted everyone's accounts (even the teachers don't have full privileges) on the school network which governs the whole computer network... put simply the only settings we can access are the sound controls... I would greatly appreciate someone giving me a program to hack past the restrictions because the technician said he will teach me what he knows if i can bypass the restrictions

if its xp go to C:/Windows/System32/lusrmgr
u may be able to create your own account with that (I Can :D)
