You can only use this if you have a legit account. Just select Technic SSP, not the SMP, you will get mods like Rei's Minimap, Mo' Creatures, Optifine/Optimine, TooManyItems, some sound mods. and a few others pre-installed. You can still join normal servers with it and play.
