Yeah thanks alloy :). Only family members get in without a tryout. Friend must do a tryout.

You can however vouch for your friend. He still does a tryout but he becomes a full member straight away without needing the checkout once he has passed his tryout.
When he applies just post on the application that you will vouch for him.
