Okay, I am posting for Mystic, since he is either too busy, or can't be bothered posting. Since I am the co-admin I will post the new info and rules for the server.
The server has a new host, you will need to register again. Sorry.

Rules
Rules are, but not limited to;

• No Griefing
  
• No Stealing
  
• No Cheating
  
• No Starting Fights
  
• No Exploiting

PVP is enabled, that DOES NOT mean you can take other peoples recourses, killing each other is allowed but do not kill people for no reason or the mighty hand of Thor may smite thee down!

If an admin/mod tells you to do, or not to do something, you must comply.
Admins have RED names with [a] infront of their names, Mods have GOLD names with [m] infront of their names.
Trusted members have GREEN names with [t] infront of their names, and slightly elevated permissions and access than normal users. To get trusted status you have to have played in the server for a while and gain the trust of either Mystic or Myself (Pirate).

Punishments
Punishments will be mostly based on severity of actions. Generally speaking there are three strikes, but if the severity is high enough you may be permanently banned straight up.

First Strike: 1 Day
Second Strike: 3 Days
Third Strike: 1 Week
If you fail to change your ways after these three strikes the ban will be permanent, any attempt to bypass a strike ban will result in an added strike after each attempt in bypassing the ban. If you wish to appeal your ban, make a post in the banned users topic in the minecraft discussion, and appeal your ban, if it is seen that you were wrongly banned the ban will be lifted, but if you appeal a ban with false evidence an additional strike may be added.
