Shows that you hardly use Xbox site, I use it almost everyday and see that error most times I visit the page. Just refresh and it goes away and the sites works "properly".

Tends to happen more when my internet is slower, it's just a part of their dodgy site not loading. "Americans" will more than likely never see that error unless something is wrong with the Xbox site, due to their internet speeds, and being much closer to the server(s). :p
