Ok so I recorded some random gameplay at 60 Fps/Half size and got 45 Fps in game which seems to be my best setting right now.Still laggy but better than before, guess I will just have to record on my new computer which i didnt want to do.
So I was wondering Pirate, could the hard drive I have now fit in my new PC so that I dont have to use my new one when i record stuff ? My question is could I have 2 different hard drives and choose which one I want to use?

Yes, you can have multiple hard-drives. Just change the folder in FRAPS, or Bandicam, make sure the drive is 7200 RPM though, or you won't be able to write to it fast enough and it will lag, also try and get a motherboard and HD with SATA 6GB/s ... It's much faster, you will be able to record at full frames then, with my current set up, I can record 120 FPS at 1920x1080 ... :D

It's only showing up with a motherboard, not the whole PC.

Yeah it's a good motherboard, I was just wondering what CPU you are getting to make sure it's compatible.
What are you getting for a CPU cooler? Just going to use the stock one? If so, I wouldn't recommend it, Intel stock coolers are pretty bad.
Also, what thermal compound are you going to use on the cooler? To my knowledge the stock has pre-applied compound. At least that's what it looks like on to me.

Okay, no problem, just remember to apply a decent thermal compound or the cooler may perform badly, also buy some zip ties if your case has no cable management.
What case have you got?
