Recording fraps, Decoding with VirtualDub (if needed), Editing with Pinnacle Studio Ultimate 12, but for now with Sony Vegas 10 Pro.

I do all the videos my relatives ask me to do with Pinnacle Studio because there you dont need any professionality. Its quite simple, easy and fast.
