We are going to create a new SmG title for those that run servers on our behalf.

So to identify those members we need a new Avatar sized picture.
Those that run these servers will be allowed to use it as their Avatar or in their signatures (their choice). Current allowable size for an Avatar is 200 x 200 pixels.

Admins will pick the Avatar to be used by poll when we have enough entries.

The Avatar will state "Server Boss"

Yes and you will be one of the members who will be allowed to use the new avatar/sig pic.

Can it also be used as a signature? Say, if the certain people have avatars they don't want to give up.

wow pretty good pirate. and yeah it's a little hard to read. change it very little so it's little more readable.

lol and i wish i could do one on my dads computer but he just took it to his office.
