Well I can get past programs that were blocked before, but still can't get to youtube, just then I tryed to delete part of the ABTLSP.DLL file but I cant because it's in use so I think it's that but I don't know where to close it.

Nah still didn't work.

EDIT: just deleted the ABTLSP.DLL file and I couldn't even load google, it wouldn't even load chrome correct. luckly I mad a zip file of it. So youtube still isn't loading.

No you'll have to use a proxy. Is same in my school.

uninstall then reinstall chrome it did that for me and I fixed it
